PROCESSING
Even though we process most orders within 24 hours, we reserve the right to our regular processing time of 48 hours for all ground shipments. Sometimes we process orders within an hour and sometimes it takes about 2 days - depending on the brand and availability in our warehouses.

SHIPPING
Shipping for all continetal United States is free via UPS Ground (use our free shipping code at checkout: FREEHOLOSHIP). If you are ordering from Canada, please see total for shipping when you checkout. We try to keep it as low as possible.

EXCHANGES
We do free exchanges as well as UPS ground shipping. If your sizing does not fit or you receive a defective product, you can request a free UPS Shipping label by accessing your control panel. You can also give us a call mon-fri 9am-5pm and request a return label. It will be sent to you via email within 10 min. Place a label on your package and just drop it by the nearest UPS location. When we receive the package you will be sent another requested size if in stock.

RETURNS
If the products are not used and you want to return the item for no particular reason within 30 days, we charge a 15% restocking fee on all of our items. We do everything in our power to satisfy you as a customer, so please understand the need for a restocking fee which ensures satisfaction for both parties.

If the item is worn, torn, scratched or kept longer than 30 days you will not get a credit and we will ship the footwear back to you.

CREDITS
Credits are given every 5 business days. We process hundreds of boots and shoes per day and reconfirm every credit and purchase. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the bank to note your credit back to your account. If after 5 days credit is not shown, we do contact the bank and clear out any issues if needed.
